results? Well, periodically you will have to
honestly evaluate your diet, exercise consistency and
workout routine intensity.
In recent months how often have your gone
to a fast food restaurant, eaten pizza, ice cream, cookies or
anything else you shouldn't be eating? Diet is a critical
component of fitness and no amount of training can compensate
for a poor diet.
In the last few months, have you
consistently trained at least three to four days a
week? How intense has your training been?
